Susan and Rich Werntz

My wife Susan and I live in Greenwood Village
in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, 
near the large highrise office community South and East of Denver proper
along I-25 near the Orchard off-ramp.
 
I've been in real estate since 2003,
and previously owned my own businesses (one serving 38 states);  
also worked as and advertisng agent and copywriter; as a print sales person;
and a variety of other vocations, not necessarily in the above order.

We enjoy travel (picture above is from a Caribbean Cruise in 2008),
our 10 grandchildren (spread across the country), good movies,
good company, and a good dinner at a favorite restaurant.
